Nijhuis Saur Industries (NSI), the Industrial Water arm of Saur formed in 2020, completed two major acquisition in March 2022:

• the US-based Aqua-Chem a leading provider of engineered water purification solutions to blue-chip customers in over 40 countries
• Flootech, a leading provider of state-of-the-art water treatment technologies, process solutions and services for industrial and municipal clients in Finland

Both steps are part of the strategic ambition of NSI to be a provider of innovative, effective and sustainable water and wastewater treatment solutions to industrial customers globally.

With Flootech the group is expanding its presence in Scandinavia to support the fast growing demand for blue-green infrastructure solutions in growing or emerging industries like paper & pulp, power, bio-fuel and renewable energy around the world.
